How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Quiqrun account, you can do so directly from the mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Quiqrun app on your mobile device
  2. Go to your Profile by tapping on the top right toggle icon
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Account"
  4. Tap on Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

  • Your profile information will be permanently deleted
  • Your order history will be removed
  • Any pending requests will be cancelled
  • You will no longer be able to access the app with this account
  • This action cannot be undone

Data Retention

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes even after account deletion. This includes transaction records required by law.
