By accessing or using Quiqrun's services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Quiqrun provides a platform that connects individuals who need errands completed with verified individuals who can complete those tasks. Quiqrun acts as an intermediary and does not directly provide errand services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Quiqrun only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Use the service to transmit spam or malware
• Violate the rights of others

5. Payments and Fees

Quiqrun facilitates payments between users. By using our payment system, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are held in escrow until errands are confirmed complete. Quiqrun charges a service fee on transactions as disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Quiqrunner Terms

Quiqrunners are independent contractors and not employees of Quiqrun. By becoming a Quiqrunner, you agree to complete the verification process, maintain accurate availability, complete accepted errands professionally, and comply with all applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quiqrun is not liable for actions of users, including Quiqrunners. We provide the platform as-is and make no warranties about the quality or outcome of errands. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific errand in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with another user, you should first attempt to resolve it directly. Quiqrun may assist in mediation at our discretion. For disputes with Quiqrun, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
